A delightful early bloomer. The new foliage is very pretty, deep red and green. The flowers are single reddish-purple. Early. Egolf 1978. Grows 8-12' H x 6-8' W. Syringa xhyacinthiflora 'Declaration'
Minimum shipping/handling charge is $20 for orders up to $50. Shipping for orders of $50 to $100 is $25. Orders over $100 will be charged 25% of the order amount to cover shipping and handling.
